LloydsDirect (previously called Echo) by LloydsPharmacy is a digital pharmacy that allows patients to get their NHS prescriptions delivered to them for free. As LloydsDirect by LloydsPharmacy is a registered pharmacy and a part of the NHS family, they are the same as a regular pharmacy on the high street.
