What’s Next for Dave updates?
Q3 – 2026
Cost centre now live – The cost centre functionality is now active, supporting improved internal tracking and reporting
Boomerang – now available in USA, South Africa and the EU using our worldwide partners.
Subscriptions moved to leasing billing platform – All one direct debit customers now receive subscriptions consolidated into a single monthly invoice; this was a highly requested update and went live on 1st June.
CSV bulk ordering now available – Customers can submit orders via a provided CSV template for regular bulk purchases; speak to your account manager to get started.
Q4 -2026- Coming Soon
Appoint Ordering Contacts – Designate specific staff members to place orders without granting access to financial information or visibility of what other teams are ordering.
End-User Ordering During Onboarding – Enable new employees to select and order their device as part of the onboarding process, including employee choice of device where applicable.
Expanded Product Catalogue – Access a broader range of products beyond your agreed catalogue, while still benefiting from your contracted pricing across additional product categories.
Enhanced Asset Tracking and History – Gain greater visibility into each device’s journey, from shipment through to the end user. View details such as where a device has been, who it was previously assigned to, and its ownership history. We already hold this information and are working to make it directly available to you, enabling greater self-service and independence.

Major Updates
Boomerang changes: Instantly see your available devices. Click the Boomerang Devices tab on the left hand side to see your estate.
Ship Boomerang stock yourself within Dave Select, confirm, and ship devices in just a few clicks.
Manage and update address book: Easily maintain your contact details for smoother operations. You can now archive or update addresses. This can be done either during a new order, or when shipping a Boomerang. Please note any user who was a Dave portal user needs to be updated by us, please let your account manager know.
Search address book: One of our most requested updates. If you have more staff addresses than the first page, you can now search to find them
This upgrade is all about making your workflow faster and giving you more transparency over your device management.

Homepage layout improvements: Left-hand navigation now highlights key actions, while tiles focus on offers and news.

Introduce the option of Cost Centres. This will be a chargeable option at : £50 per month per customer, with every device allocated to a cost centre provided by the customer.
