Ready to Switch or Return a device now?

If you’re an existing Devices for Premium Teams customer, you can switch or return your devices after 12 months.

All you need to do is fill out the below form and we’ll take care of the rest. However, if you’re looking to add a device to your existing agreement, please contact your account manager and they can arrange this for you on 0203 970 4994.

We’ll amend your direct debit in line with the devices you’re left with, whether you’ve switched, returned or both.
